Homes of Dubai began as an Instagram page, homes_of_dubai, with one idea: every Dubai home has a price, and that price should be easy to find and easy to trust.

This site is the same page with more room. One honest number for every area, from registered sales, not asking prices. Off-plan launches checked against the developer, the Dubai Land Department and the escrow rules. News and guides written in simple English for people from everywhere who call Dubai home.

Every number on this site carries its source and its date. Where a figure does not exist, we say so instead of guessing. Our editorial team writes under the byline Homes of Dubai editorial because every piece passes through all of us.
